- You are strictly prohibited from uploading, training, or using any artwork I create, in whole or part, in any part of artificial intelligent training, dataset or generator training. You are strictly prohibited from using any artwork I create, in whole or part, for Cryptocurrency or NFTs.
-All copyright and intellectual property rights for the created artwork remain with the artist, (me, Vhamp), which includes the right to distribute, or sample for self-promotions. This means I own the artwork, you may, however, use it in personal use including avatars/icons/pfp, phone, tablet or computer wallpapers, ttrpg tokens, and anything that does not incur profit.
- Turnaround time begins when payment is made in full.
- This is a digital service, meaning you'll only receive a digital copy of the drawing.
- You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
- I retain the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- You must be able to pay via Paypal, Cashapp, Stripe or Venmo
- Uploading the finished artwork to social media is allowed with credit.
- Do not claim my art as your own.
- All commissions are posted publicly, there is a fee for private commissions.
- You are prohibited from making unauthorized changes, modifications, or edits to my work without explicit permission.
- I will only send WIPs (‘works in progress’) images after 100% of the payment is completed.
- I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished content if no feedback was given to amend it.
- Design commissions are more expensive due to extra labor on my part. You are responsible for giving me the details if there are alterations needed to be made on your character different from the reference provided. You may use a doll maker, a google document, imgur album, a pinterest board, face claims, sims, Main Character Screenshots, and anything else you can think of to help with visual aid.

Reference sheet for commissionsIt can be hard to put together a reference guide, so here are some tips and tricks on how to do that. (This is by no means required, but is simply a "what you can do" suggestion!)- Making a LibreOffice doc, Word Doc, Google Doc, or Proton Doc, to hold all the information in open place is very useful. It saves us both time and effort knowing that I can just pull up the reference document!The reference document should contain both a visual and written reference. (Note: You do NOT need all of these. These are just to kick start suggestions that make it easier on you to figure out what you could put in it.)Examples:
